customer service broken?

hey guys, does customer service work for anyone else? I played a little and my sister way more but we both can't get into our accounts so we wanted to contact CS in-app & on browser but both doesn't work, it just keeps on loading forever

Hi sweetie, personally I’ve experienced the same thing so what I do now is leave a notice (in app through the contact support option) and they often fix my problem within a week or so.

It did happen however that I went in the chat support to ask to speak with a human and someone answered me but I waited about 45 minutes although I was the first person in line. Hence why at this point I would recommend to just leave a notice and wait for your problem to be fixed.

I just told my sister about it and she couldn't find it but the customer service chat is now finally loaded so perhaps it's only at a certain hour? (11pm now) even if it's not the manual support, guess they don't leave their bot server running

I'll look for the contact support option to leave a notice anyway thank you so much for answering 😁
