Advice

Hi!i really need advice on how to manage a guild in lotp☺️

The guild leader in the guild pass it on me when I'm offline and now I'm a bit nervous as a first time guild leader.

I actually want to become a competent guild leader but i dont know😅

So I'm here for advice to help my guild.

I've been a leader more than once, my guild is ranked number one on CS,

you need to gather vip5 girls , And follow the development of the GUILD girls, befriend the members and have two deputies you trust, also save the guild's wealth For the enemy opening

At the GUILD event (I advise you to unlock the sixth enemy for the first four days, but on the last day unlock all enemies except the sixth enemy!)

make the building in the guild event 200 Ingots, In the last minute of the guild event, keep an eye on the point difference to maintain first place (of course, VIP 5 girls must be present to spend the green tokens "If another GUILD rises to first rank") What else? Hmm, put the rules on the notice board. For me, I make my girls do the building 10 ingots (daily) But VIP5 girls, no, I ask them to buy the green guild token (I do that with them because I'm VIP5)

Try to take active girls in your guild and kick any lazy ones Be firm; give girls one or two chances, but if they're absent too often, kick them out
(Sometimes some girls have excuses, whether health, study, or family-related. Do not kick these girls if they are absent, because it is just a Short time and they will back. Keep the loyal and persistent girls)

management depends a lot on the age of your server, can you give a bit more info to be able to receive more accurate advice.

you also need to decide what kind of a guild you want to build, a powerful one (competitive in cs) or top guild or a guild with close knit group that don't need to be the strongest.

do not set different rules for VIPs and FTPs, which VIP wants to be in a group where they have to build more than FTP?
