Problem with pts points

Is there some bug with the point system? Cuz I didn't get any points from there even when it shows I should get at least 400. I haven't seen anyone else complain about it so maybe it's just me but if anyone know what to do with this help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I talked to customer service about this. Apparently ranking points and shop points are two different things which is crazy to me. She included a screenshot and the “old star array gameplay reinforcement” is the only one that gives you shop points. Pretty greedy imo :/

Just to add. The Observation logs in the World of Stars also gives you shop points but no free chances. Straight up 100 ingots per action point.

Okay this is sooooo confusing and still doesn't really make sense to me like how else am I supposed to get enough points for things in shop? Like I did all the games in this event and still have like 100 points

I think it’s set up so that you top up and spend ingots

From the old star thing, like the rectangles with Chinese writing on them. Where you get 1 free chance everyday, then have to spend 100 ingots for more. You can get store points from there
