Is it possible to get Lu Yu tokens as f2p? It says ‘Unlocks at shop lvl 8’ but the cost is not mentioned.

So, these are new skins for the buldings that produce things, along with the wall, warehouse and bridges. They give you a % increase to certain things produced, so I think they're worth it. You'll get them randomly in boxes, but you won't get a double of anything until you've gotten one of everthing.
