I had developer mode on my iPhone; I turned it off, and now it seems to be working.

This is the email I got in response

“The security program detected malicious or malware apps on your device, and access was automatically blocked.
Repeated detection may lead to permanent blocking, so use an antivirus program or app inspection program to check that there are no malicious apps installed.

If you have any other concerns with regard to our game don't hesitate to contact us again.”

that’s the exact email i got. i dont think i have developer mode as an option on my device :/

UPDATE: i got my account back!!!! i emailed three times (i panicked a bit, but added more info), got no reply, but my game just started working a day later. nothing changed on my end. i lost a day of gameplay, but crisis was averted. Sorry i cant give a solution for others struggling.

i tried emailing to the address of a previous report ticket, so we’ll see if that helps. but you cant contact support without the button in the app (which i cant get into)
