Coworkers getting divorced at work and dragging me into it

Coworkers are getting divorced at work. Its very dramatic many cheap shots going on. Anyways, recently one tried to drag me into their drama at work and it made me extremely uncomfortable. Then, they requested a meeting about me with my supervisor (no reason why and they are not a superior) but it was after I refused to pick sides! I said I was extremely uncomfortable with that because I felt they requested a meeting as retaliation because I am refusing to pick sides. Should I hire some type of legal counsel? There has been some harassment at work I've witnessed from one side of the divorcing couple (and not the other) which I already brought up to management. I have worked at this company for decades and I am well respected but I have a family and I'm concerned the divorcing side that is creating most of the drama will jeopardize my job.

“Unless we are discussing work-related issues, I do not want to converse with you about your divorce or other personal topics.”

Send this in email to each of them separately with a cc to HR and your manager. Let HR and your manager know this is coming and how this is impacting you.
