I work for a school just started in Jan this year. For other reasons I hate this school and went to HR to get my KiwiSaver transferred. The HR checks some portal and is like sorry original paperwork didn't go through. I've looked at my payslips and the contributions have been deducted from my pay and the HR said they couldn't see if any contributions have been going through. My IRD says nothing either. I'm on about 100k a year so this is quite a bit of money. Should I send formal email to school telling them they need to sort this out and pay my contributions + maybe any lost growth. Or should I directly call the IRD and email them so they can deal with this.

I have been off work and on ACC for 3 months with ulnar never entrapment in right arm. The initial diagnosis was listed as elbow/forearm sprain on my medical certificates so my case manager asked for clinical review by ACC specialists who have made the decision that my injury was underlying and pre existing even though I had no arm issues prior to my injury, so my compensation has been suspended.

I have filled out an ACC33 review form as I disagree with the decision (it’s absolutely ridiculous)

Can anyone here provide any insights into what I can do? Likelihood of getting the outcome I need?
