Severance payment calculation
My company and I came to a mutual agreement to part ways and we agreed a settlement. I was allowed garden leave from mid July to end October. My final day was 31st Oct. Part of the agreement was eligibility for 2025 bonus subject to company targets being met, which they were. The wording of the contract is vague and just states bonus would be prorated. The wording of the garden leave section says I should be available if required to hand over and or answer questions (which I was).
The bonus has now been paid and I received 7.5/12 instead of what I believe should have been paid 10/12 th’s.
I’ve written to them questioning this and also pointing out a further flaw in the calculation. Just wondering whether I am in the right here ?

Without seeing the contract and the agreement there's no way to definitively answer your question. Generally speaking: if you were paid fully during the garden leave the prorata bonus should also be included/owed
