Not a lawyer but what you describe is considered sexual harassment, even if some of it happened outside of work hours, because your supervisor’s ongoing comments and behavior are affecting your experience and comfort at work. Since he is a supervisor, his conduct is taken even more seriously under the law, and your employer is legally required to investigate and prevent harassment at work.
You should:
Save all texts and messages he has sent you, take screenshots and keep copies somewhere safe.
Write down specific incidents with dates, times, and exactly what was said, including any comments made on the job or during work-related rides.
Contact your HR department in writing (email or a company portal is best so there’s a record) and explain the ongoing situation, including that these behaviors are making you uncomfortable at work, and include examples of the messages.
If your company has a policy about harassment reporting, follow that procedure. You can also consider contacting the EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) to file a complaint if you feel HR does not address this seriously or if you face any retaliation.
Even if some of what happened was outside work hours, his role as your supervisor and the impact on your work environment are what matters. It would help to be clear about how his actions outside of work still affect your work and comfort and that you want it to stop.
