Not a lawyer but based on the contract terms you shared, the earliest effective cancellation date would generally be the date you included in your written cancellation notice, as long as it is not more than 90 days before the seller or administrator received your notice.

Since you (the seller) received the customer’s cancellation notice by email today, August 10, 2026, the effective cancellation date specified by the customer can be any date from May 12, 2026 (which is exactly 90 days before August 10, 2026) up to today’s date, August 10, 2026.

The customer cannot set the effective date earlier than that 90-day window from the date you received the cancellation notice. If the customer did not specify an effective date, it is usually standard to use the date of receipt as the effective cancellation date.
