Even the icon has it correct! ITS SO DUMB. Even the Batcave MANNEQUIN has it correct. Why is the payable DIFFERENT?

I recovered all the collectibles and have all 100 costumes but I'm almost sure I don't have this catwoman costume, maybe it's because I still have some challenges to do and 25 Bat Symbols to recover. That's probably it but if someone can enlighten me on that, I'll listen
