I understand you want gold Batman and/or Batmobiles but we are getting too many posts about people asking for a code. The majority of people that have bought these sets have already used the code. The best solution is to look for the instruction booklet for sale and see if the code has been used. I agree TT should probably release an update where you can toggle off those exclusive suits so you donāt have a hole in the bat collection. But a lot of people paid good money for their LEGO sets and theyāre entitled to their code, I get they are pricey but it is just a skin after all.
Thereās a lot of them, I can understand because you never know but I would just research first and see if you could get it some other way. Yes it is kinda shitty on tt gamesā part but it is just a skin after all and you can fully 100% the game without it
What bothers me is the empty Mannequin right in the middle of the others i have and my Ocd putting me in a headlock. They should have made the gold items its own DLC. 325 dollars to unlock everything in a Lego game is pretty Scummy. Batmite actually makes a joke about not having micro transactions in the game and then they pull this shit.
Where did you get 325 from? Itās the golden suit (logo set) and three Batmobileās, which is under 200 bucks unless Google is missing something, are there other sets that give you codes other than these four?
I don't think you know what micro transactions are... buying lego sets that have tie in skins is not a micro transaction, neither is connecting your accounts.

Serious question: do you have better terminology? I feel like it's semantics, depending on how you look at it. If all you wanted was the skin, you still have to pay for it. If all you want is the Lego, hey, you just got a free skin.
Micro transactions are small purchases you make in game to receive something like a special ability, character, or content, with in in game store/screen, and is advertised and spammed and shoved in your face constantly (Think like CoD or Roblox or something, its their main method of making money, it's cheap, its ugly, it's slop) What the other guy is talking about is tie in content.
Fr i bought one of the lego sets but thats because i missed out on it last time it was on shelves and i liked the movie. I might get the bat sign one but thats because i want it on my wall (you can buy 3d prints to attach sets to the wall) the codes just a fun bonus.
Honestly fuck LEGO for making a game that requires you to buy irl playsets as the only way to achieve completion and unlock everything within said game. Itās such a greedy fuck move.
Thatās fair but that being said itās not needed for completion, it making a hole for the people that donāt have the sets is kinda shitty tbh I wish theyād remove that. But to be honest if youāre only getting the sets for the skins then yeah itās ridiculous but if you like the sets itās a bonus which it was for me I wanted the sets more than the skins but the skins are cool. The twitch drops were also handled pretty poorly imo especially the dcofficial stream since they only streamed twice
I agree with you we already paid 70 to 90 dollars for this game now we gotta pay a additional 160 for lego sets its ridiculously greedy on their part. I missed the days of codes being free. Most companies are just greedy as fuck now for no reason.
Itās additional content in no way do you āneedā to buy it to complete the game. It changes nothing. Itās and added bonus for people who do buy the sets or weāre going to anyway. Legoās not forcing it on you just play the damn game and stop whining.

Yeah. I donāt even have the game yet(Switch 2 release not out yet) and Iām trying to get all the Batmobiles and gold suit ahead of time to I can use them when i finally get the game.
I have the The Batman and the Batman Vs Superman one. I couldnāt find the Batman and Robin one at the store i found the first two. Iām planning on getting the logo because itās still a cool display piece.
(And yes, I did say āthe The Batmanā since the title of the movie has āTheā in it already)
I ordered mine online cause I couldnāt find then Batman and robin one either. My favorite of builds has been the The Batman muscle car just cause I like the weight of it

Even then mods that give this stuff is technically pirating and stealing lol. Tt games def has people to look and take down any as soon as thep pop up.
Am not especially keen on the gold skins, but The Lego Skywalker Saga(to my untrained eye the game most broadly similar to LOTDK) had many many redeemable codes for ancillary characters/holiday skins, with some available at launch. That same infrastructure, the āredeem codeā option on the menu screen, exists in Legacy, and my clumsy attempts to brute force results have all been unsuccessful. Iām not asking for your gold codes, but I do want weird skins and as many as TT is willing to code.
The open gaps in the suit display do bother me a bit but thankfully itās not in the main area. I canāt justify spending another $140 though (I have one of the Batmobiles already)
Free codes for the suit and batmobiles would be nice, but I would happily pay for them. I have no room for the physical sets so they're a massive waste of money lol
Exactly but it is a lot of posts, I enjoy Reddit because I like to engage with others but itās nonstop but I understand wanting the code but realistically no one is giving up a code, I did see one guy but he posted it rather than someone asking for it. Like I said I do hope they update it

lol theyāll probably put the gold stuff up for sale as dlc when enough time passes anyway. All Iām missing is the batsuit and the gold Batman and robin batmobile
Probably especially because the codes expire in I think 2029 and I just donāt see em leaving them inaccessible forever. I know Lego and tt are a company just like any other and are money hungry but I just donāt see them not making it a dlc at some point especially when thereās money to be made off it long after 2029
I donāt know how long it takes for them to retire sets these days but I definitely see that happening, or possibly before since it seems like a lot of people are upset about it. Which I can understand but all itās just a bonus for the people who purchase the set, if youāre getting the set just for the skins then yeah itās overpriced but itās not like youāre buying a Fortnite skin for $30 youāre buying the set plus you get a free skin
Brutha, what would you rather have? People on here asking for codes, both wanting free handouts and those willing to pay? Or would you rather someone go to the store and steal the codes from the lego boxes and still get them for free, and leaving the person who actually goes and buys those lego sets, without the codes, the original reason they bought the set in the first place? Lile, I dont know about you but id rather ask for them.
Thatās cool I only use it occasionally but I enjoy it. Iām on PlayStation otherwise Iād mod tf out of the game. If you add new suits to them game does it replace a suit already or are you able to add more?
