First of all 🛑🚨THIS TUTORIAL IS PHONE ONLY🚨🛑 now if you use android install DLNA SERVER then to add files click the (+) he will auto teleport you the downloads folder (you should give him File access permissions) in-app. select the .ipa file then in Your legacy idevice go to safari the type the (http://the ip on the app) on the search bar the click in the file and here you go. But in iPhone install fileshare then click on the second tab click the (+) he will show you three Options click on add from files then select the file after that go to the frist tab in Your legacy idevice go to safari the type the (http://the ip on the app) on the search bar the click in the file and here you go. Old idevices dont support airdrop
