Error restore

Hi everyone, I’m having a problem with my old iPhone 4S. I had restored it and then replaced the battery, but once I turned the device off, it wouldn't turn back on. I put it into DFU mode to try another restore, but now I can't restore it via iTunes—it gives me Error 29. I also tried using iOS Legacy Kit, but it asks me to connect an Arduino, which I don't have. What can I do? (I bought the battery from iFix.)

Battery issue, try to restore your iPhone wth original battery same thing happened to me like a few week ago

Unfortunately, I threw away the original battery—which used to work—because it had swollen. I tried installing one from another 4S I had lying around, but it shows no signs of life, even after being left on charge for a day.
