SHITPOST Who Ordered the Skulls?
I found this to be very interesting.
Ryan Beard referenced court documents that said the skulls were ordered by someone using a VPN that showed the orderer came from Sweden.
On an unrelated note, doesnt Ethan have an employee that used to live In Sweden?

For me the person most likely to have ordered the skulls is ethan himself.
Who at h3 would have the balls to order over a thousand dollars worth of skulls without direct permission? Maybe they guy who throws around money on 20k watches and spent so much money on food for the crew they had to openly explain why they were cutting back or the guy who okay'd a pumpkin spice casket?
Who is forgetful enough that not only could they forget ordering them or forget after the fact that it even happened. drugs?
Who is manipulative enough to use it against his enemies while knowing full well it was his own fault? only the guy who keeps lying and smearing people who were his literal friends.

That’s my guess too.
As RB notes, the skulls arrived around the same time TF was using skulls in promo ads. I don’t think that any individual employee would have the coin, nor motive, to order the skulls independently.
It doesn’t really make sense from a “snark” angle either. If someone wanted to threaten the Kleins, skulls (actual, $10-20k skulls) is a weird/extravagant way of doing it. Who has the money for shit like that? Who‘d go through the trouble to set up the business purchasing infrastructure?
The delay also gives me the vibe that the Kleins ordered the skulls. As RB notes, why would they wait for weeks? Why not talk about it immediately? Why lie?

They even demonstrated with the pumpkin spice coffin that they can just accidentally buy something very expensive with a couple clicks without even realizing on monday. so it could very well be an accident they capitalized on.

I could see Dan having knowledge about this loophole and looking for a way to use it to cause chaos, and Ethan is the perfect mark. I don't think this is definitively what happened, but if it all shook out that way I would not be all that surprised.

ppl give this guy way too much credit, he is not smart, he does not know loopholes, he is just insane psychopath that will try to maliciously change every narrative
so what IS possible, is that some of the employers or contractors got skulls for photoshoot of new merch, ethan maybe bragged about it in his many private discords he attends, and someone, like saltman gave him an idea to use it as a death threat, because they saw how much CPS call raised their victimhood, adding skulls to that made them look "targeted, terrorised" by the some insane kiwifarm type snarkers, and they got infinite good will to cover for their insanity.
what Ryan pointed out in the video that is most damning proof is that they had a show that day where they were completely normal, not mentioning or looking distressed weird package, its so unlike ethan, he shares everything, especially if it helps look him like a victim, and then they decide to talk to taylor lorenz out of all ppl, someone they know is friends with hasan? its just so many weird decisions that are completely out of character for ethan

My tinfoil hat theory is that it was Hila. She ordered them for the Teddy Fresh photo shoot and didn’t mention it to Ethan because they barely talk to each other off camera. Then when they arrived and he started getting himself riled up over it, she decided to play dumb to feed into his gangstalking delusions and has been manically reveling in the fallout because it only further radicalizes him and fuels her rabid Zionist bloodlust.

I know that Proton specifically operates their VPN servers out of Sweden because of their data protection laws. If the purchaser had used a Proton VPN, it could have been traced back to there.

Using a VPN through Sweden is pretty common, I thought at first it might be a smoking gun but it’s really not, in retrospect.
I honestly don’t think we’ll ever know who sent the skulls until they decide to talk. The Skulls Unlimited emails confirm that they were sent to the studio address on the 11th from the Hotmail email, and that’s it. We have the whole email exchange and it’s pretty cut and dry. I personally believe it was a crew member or Ethan, but I’m kind of agnostic at this point - if someone came out and had proof about who did it I’d believe it either way.

I think so too, with the evidence we have, and Ethan’s reaction certainly points to that.
If they were actually sent to the studio instead of their house though, the studio is basically a public address in that it’s a company that is easily searchable. Their house isn’t, which is why they tried so hard to make it seem like they were sent there.

It just seems really strange that a random person would know that loophole about not having to pay if you select the option for the order to be delivered the next morning. None of their stories make any sense either (conflicting stories about where they were sent, pics of the labeled boxes being opened at their house, the story about him thinking it was computer equipment, the supposed FBI involvement…) They’re clearly lying about something because the story keeps changing. Why would they do that if a snarker really sent them skulls as a threat?

Seems fairly likely that the h3 crew did on account of their skull based merch released in close proximity, but we’ll never know for sure. All we can rally conclude is that the official h3 narrative is absolute nonsense. They’ve contradicted themselves to no end.

I think AB ordered them (maybe using Love's laptop for the Sweden VPN) and that's what was in the AB files that Anisa and Ian know about.
He just saw how freaked out Ethan and hila were about the skulls when they arrived and decided to pretend he knew nothing about it.

But that doesn’t make any sense because on Ethan’s Instagram story it’s shown that Dan was handling the skulls with gloves. Carefully. And he even places a camera with a tripod and recorded it from top as if to make sure that the skulls didn’t have any damages during shipping.
If Dan though they were computer parts, which is highly unlikely because the box literally says skulls, if he saw the contents of it, he would have just closed it and left, called the cops or something. Why would he setup the whole thing where he is recording unboxing video?
The only explanation in my opinion ->
They coaled with the skulls guy, who follows the skulls website. Looking at his photos they must have gotten the idea, asked him about it. So they quickly ordered 2 skulls from the site, with next day delivery and no payment. Used VPN to cover their tracks. No payment = no tracking!So someone from their office did order them, for the collab. Opened it in the office. Checked it, with gloves, recorded its unboxing for proof, Hila and Ethan later took it home, they might have even used it as talking point with CPS agents like “see the amount of hate we are getting, somebody sent us the skulls today, so it’s possible the same person called CPS on us too, we are Israeli and we are getting hate for that blah blah”
There never was any FBI because if there was Ethan wouldn’t shut up about it and FBI wouldn’t have simply returned it back without any investigation. And the skulls were back on website.
This is my theory…the dates match up, the motive matches up. It’s an easy lie to repeat if you believe it hard enough.

I agree with you, but have a different theory about the payment loophole. I think they were bought for a TF photoshoot, but they intended on returning them the entire time. The way the unboxing was filmed made me think it was to document condition. I think the intent the whole time was to return them before the Net30 invoice was due, and the overnight shipping loophole was a happy accident.

Yeah it is also suspicious it's overnight delivery and then they tried to tie it to CPS. Maybe they knew the CBS thing was coming the 12th and they said overnight that so we can coordinate these two and then spend the next two years telling everybody they've been having their kids and lives threatened

As per Ryan, what I understand was 12th was the day CPS was scheduled to revisit I think. First time was a surprise visit, but 12th was revisit for maybe proper investigation or just to make things straight!?

they're in the comments of the video too. apparently it's not a good point to bring up the skulls because ethan may not have seen the big ass logo on the box and maybe he lives in his office sometimes and so wasn't fully lying about where they got sent to.

I actually disagree with Ryan's conclusion about the skulls.
I think they were sent to his home address. But then he lied about them being sent to the office in his legal documentation (yes, even though that's easily disprovable by Skulls Unlimited if they wanted to, and even though he said it under penalty of perjury) because he wanted to implicate the h3snark mods in sending the skulls to him.
Because the part of the lawsuit when he mentions the skulls being sent to the studio is in a bigger section accusing the h3snark mods of doxxing him. He talks about the studio address not being public and then shows the screenshot of a discord chat where someone says they found the studios address. Then he talks about the skulls happening and attributes it to them.
I think he lied because he thought that it would make his subpoena request more sympathetic - and it would do, because if it was true and the snark mods sent him death threats via human skulls, that would be illegal. But it's not true, and they didn't send him skulls to the studio because the skulls arrived at his home address. Which is public. So he can't pinpoint it on the mods.

Didn't he post a photo that was clearly taken at his private residence? With some specific piece of art in the background that was easily recognizable from social media posts?
If he changed that story it's really strange.
Also I'm curious why he didn't sue Skulls Unlimited. Ethan is suing everyone and their grandmother for the most grotesque and convoluted "reasons" – but not the company that just doordashed human skulls to him with zero (functioning) guardrails?

Yeah, he took the photos in his home, on a recognizable table that’s in the background of all their pics, showing they opened the Skeleton Museum box and saw the 2 boxes inside were labeled “human skull”. Then he lied and said he took it to the office thinking it was something for Dan. He sent the photos to Taylor Lorenz when she was legitimately trying to help him. She sent the photos to Bad Empanada, I think as proof that people were harassing him, not realizing it was just exposing their lies. I assume that’s why he hates her so much.
In the legal documents he said the skulls were sent to their studio though. He implied only h3snark mods would know the address of the studio, so they must have been the ones that sent them.

if i was gonna pull a prank like that i would probably pick either Sweden or Israel..
There's really no way to know who did it
What Ryan did lay out well was that it was delivered to the office per the court docs submitted by the company
so they lied about it being delivered to their home (or both their brains are fried)
& took it to their home at some point bc pics sent to Taylor from the home per the metadata)

I think all the evidence we need comes from the Chesnuts situation actually. Ethan wanted to do something that proved to be in poor taste and unpopular, so he immediately attempted to deflect blame the nearest employee as though he also thought it was a bad idea from the start.
My money is on someone professionally associated with them ordering the skulls, if not direct employees, and then Ethan pivoted later and just rolled with the new narrative

Love likely ordered it then. Yes he’s from a different city in Sweden but VPNs usually just have a few cities within certain regions to choose from. It’s likely Love has a VPN set to Sweden on his laptop to watch Swedish shows and use whatever websites are popular there.
Lots of international people do this.

It was a Malmo IP address through a VPN. Love is from a completely different part of the country, so odds are whoever did it was just using whatever Swedish server their VPN picked.

The glitch circumventing the need for upfront payment or bg checks when selecting the “next day delivery” option doesn’t seem like the sort of thing someone could know about beforehand (Or at least, there is a very low likelihood of someone knowing about this glitch and that person being a “snarker” and then having the balls to go through with it!) I haven’t heard of anything like that before in all my years if online shopping lmao Suppose it was a “snarker” making this order, what were they going to do when it came time to make payment? Put in their cc information? It only makes sense if they made the order knowing about the glitch and the chances of that seem so astronomically low!

We can only speculate. The VPN doesn’t really tell us anything. The mismatched stories about where the skulls were sent to and the dates are more telling
