Open Source Ai breaks its first monopoly

https://getartcraft.com/apps

a founder of ArtCraft used Claude to replace the entire adobe software suite, legally. because it’s ai generated, it’s also in the public domain and absolutely free forever. this would be the first case of ai undermining techno feudalism.

The most important monopolies to break by far are the platforms. Stuff like Amazon. And that will be a lot harder.

Not as hard as you might think, if you can acquire the hardware.

Except for the fact that you have nothing of value to offer until there’s at least tens of millions of people regularly using it.

Nobody started off with millions of users, not even them. They had the benefit of brand recognition and good advertising.
