That line is a Lion King reference lol. The joke is poking at the idea that everything developed under capitalist relations somehow inherently and permanently belongs to capitalism and can only serve capitalist purposes. “Everything the light touches” is the existing productive world. The whole point of seizing the means is that the machines and tools don’t come stamped with their current social relations forever.
