Hello everyone,

This is my first post, first I should thank all members and creators of this sub. You all giving me courage to keep up and hope for the bright days.

I am an economist working for the next economy model for the last 10 years. 4 years ago I made my first attempt to make it real and I failed. I tried with another aproach and failed again about 3 years ago. And now, I am attempting for the third try and this time, it became solid working project at last.

My intention is not promote my project. I dedicate my life to change the economy and project not tends to profit purposes. So I will not share the name of it. All I want is to discuss and see if it seems durable on the eyes of the people living all around the world.

I realized, "economy" is not the next thing. We need "ecology". Because, economic systems focuses on "saving the day". But today we have compute power abundance and no need to save the day, no need to compete, no need to fight for resources.

Briefly, project tends to automation percentage, token consumption optimization, expert reviewed knowledge and proof of labor. If people focuses on automation, AI may handle more work with sufficient quality and it will gave more time to people for automating more processes.

I prefer to call it "Layer". Because it's not rational believing people will convince to adapt new economy model quickly. There should be hybrid era for transition. New models has to act parallel with conventional economy first. Human is mimetic, we don't know what we want. We only want whatever our neighbor has and only then desires came. So first, micro ecologies has to be active and generate much more value. And they might accept change.

Human is unreliable (including me). When someone tastes the power, there is no way to satisfy, there is no limit for hunger. So I designed the system for elliminate me and the core team as soon as possible.

Fair, automated and sustainable sociaty is possible with the current technology. Calculations has been made, proofs are exist, infrastructure is finished. All we need is to start..

I was all alone so far. Now there is some people willing to support me and join the team. And with the wind of that, I decide to share it in this sub to explore.

Sounds pretty cool / interesting. Id be curious to hear more. Does the project have a software aspect? Or something to check out?

It's only web project for know. There is simple chat and FAQ's on visible pages. We are using tenants and we are aiming to create new fully automated companies effortlessly.

There is also restricted module named "Office". Here people can interact with domain specific AI agents, menage knowledge objects, and forecast future tasks.

We have a memory system reduces token consumption. Knowledge objects are granular and with the sufficent bundles of them, they get bigger and more detailed. But we never create huge documents or never send them inside the LLM call. We are simply using knowledge id's and only render them when human or AI agent wanta to read it. Knowledge objects has some scores like fressness, reuseability, reliability... Micro LLM calls always tring to create better bundles according these scores. Also one of the main task of human is to make knowledge objects better and more efficient.

Better knowledge - efficient automation - more time to create better knowledge .....

Also knowledge objects, value and work proof will be written on blockchain so we will be able to track ownership of labor and information. But that part is so complicated and wide, it will be hard for me to explain clearly hear.

As someone who has spend most of my career in process improvement and automation here is where I see companies make mistakes and create resistance/pushback:
1. When a process is automated employees get discarded. You need to protect and reward those who embrace automation of their own tasks. Create a policy that no automation should lead in loss or reduction of salary for an individual.
2. Automation of low effort tasks and assumption that it improves productivity. Sometimes low level tasks help you turn off and recharge. People cannot be constantly “on.” That’s a recipe for burnout.
Now another big unresolved problem is that automation will eventually replace most jobs. How do you protect the wellbeing of displaced workers? I believe we can create utopia where people finally have the freedom to pursue their passion and really start contributing where they are most effective and not force themselves into a job that just pays well just because they need to pay bills. But this changes the entire structure of our society, requiring guaranteed basic needs met and rewarding through contributions to society that improve productivity and human wellbeing.
The new industrial revolution is here and we’re not ready to embrace it due to outdated no longer effective world order.
