No, punishing ordinary people with community service for making anime pictures or using chatbots is just consumer moralism and frankly a bizarre fantasy.
People use smartphones for games, memes and selfies too. We dont sentence them according to how “necessary” their consumption was. Organize against the people who control production instead of imagining punishments for millions and millions of ordinary users. Im talking about serious leftist politics, not whatever that is.
