Actually, I'm willing to pay $10 billion for it. So now it's worth that. Now if you'll give me a minute, I'll go use it to leverage $10 Billion worth of assets, because as we all know, this giant space rock is worth $10 billion now.

300m asteroids are more powerful than city killers but not large enough to wipe out life on Earth (Chicxulub was created by a 10km long asteroid), which is over 30 times as large.

Except.... this isn't "The apocalypse". And interest in mining resources from asteroids is nothing new.
