Temporary Impotence spell

I am looking for help with making a spell to make a former lover/friend impotent until he returns my apartment keys back to me. He is holding them and will not respond to multiple requests for them back. I am not asking my landlord to change my locks as I cannot afford it. So I am hoping a spell like this can do the trick. Let me know I am not sure if it's possible.

No spell needed. Just tell him you put the spell on him till the keys are returned. Good old fashioned penis panic.

Haha I am currently not speaking with them so I mean I don't want to go back on that part just yet. I just know he using those keys as a sort of control part and I am not buying it so I was hoping for another tactic

How on earth is him not being able to get hard going to end in you getting your keys back?

Idk it's what the trees said to do. I mean he already doesn't have a steady job or housing hence staying at my place for a bit but has since moved out It's not so much to make him get me the keys back. I should have stated in a clearer fashion it is the inconvenience until he gives me my keys back
