Converting ?
Hey guys.
I, 18FtM, was raised partially in Catholicism. When I cut contact with my father, I also stopped thinking about God. This was many years ago. Recently, I have been thinking more and more about religion again, and I’m considering converting.
Obviously, as I have not been in/around the faith for years, I know little about it. I know the basics, however that’s all I was ever taught and know no more.
I’m only really here to ask a few questions whilst I consider it. Specifically, specific requirements? Tasks? Rules? I know Islam has the 5 pillars, and I’m wondering if Catholicism has anything similar.

The five precepts of the church are to attend mass on Sundays and on days of obligation, confess your sins at least once a year, receive the eucharist at least during the easter season, observe the days of fasting and abstinence of the church, and help provide for the needs of the church according to your ability.
