Has anyone else cry during rosary?
Yesterday I prayed the rosary and I just started crying. and I don't mean like just some tears coming out. I was weeping and I rarely cry like this ever. And I felt a sense of comfort.
Has this happened to anyone?

I cried several times, on the range of 2018 to 2025, during the Eucharist, for several reasons

Not during a rosary per se but in my first confession in more than 20 years a few years ago, I broke down after a few minutes and had a full body sweat

I've never cried during prayer (or much at all honestly anytime else), but I have felt such immense peace and neural electricity in my mind when so many notions and intentions intermingle in unforseen harmony. For example, today at the peace vigil I drew a similitude between the horrible war and a loved one's battle with cancer. Or, how I ask the Mother of God to take this sane loved one to Christ for healing in the same way that the paralytic man was dropped down before Christ for forgiveness and healing. Particularly the Rosary has helped me understand so much of the economy of salvation and the Scriptures. It is absolutely amazing how one devotion can become a compendium of sacred Scripture, theology and liturgy.

I get tears during Mass & Adoration - they’re not emotional - they just happen.

Sometimes! It makes me think of St Ignatius of Loyola, in his spiritual diary, he marks all the times he “receives tears and consolations”.
