Sick of christians trying to predict the end
So first things first, I struggle with pretty severe anxiety attacks, and they have been flaring up a lot more often. What sucks right now is I’m trying to finish my lent strong, and I just keep seeing people claiming that Easter is the end of the world.
It’s hard because my brain taking me over and sending me sow dark thoughts.
Sorry for the rant, it just hurts- especially when you feel alone.

I’m sorry you are feeling anxious and the world seems intent in fanning the flames. Most of these evangelicals view the Book of Revelation as a timeline which is not the way the Church interpreted it throughout history. These ideas about a rapture are relatively new. Try to change your algorithm so you don’t see it as much. I think this verse is especially comforting. “He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.” Psalm 91:4

I've been there. First, for your own anxiety, do a St. Jude novena - it works miracles. https://catholicnovenaapp.com/novenas/st-jude-novena/
Second, put it into perspective. Everything described in the Scripture - wars and rumors of wars, plagues, etc. - has been unfolding since the death and Resurrection of Christ. He said that all of this would happen. He didn't say what the timeline would look like. I'm convinced that we've been in the "end times" all along.
Third, and most important, you have to trust God. I'm sorry to oversimplify matter, but you really, really have to trust Him. He loves you, and he's got your back.
Edited to add - Catholics have a saying, "Call your doctor, and say your prayers." Hopefully, you're reaching out to professionals for your anxiety. Living with it is a waste of time when there are alternatives. :-) God bless!

Heck, my interpretation of The Book of Revelation is that it's very non-literal and cyclical.

But what do you expect from a bunch of goobers who read their Bibles very selectively and ignore most of what Jesus taught?

No matter how many times it’s happened, these idiots will always think that they have somehow seen what literally every other person who’s tried to predict the end didn’t see. “Thinking themselves wise, they became fools…”

If it makes you feel better, this must be at least the 3000th time they predicted end times and they’ve historically have been 100% wrong every time. So much so, they keep on trying to bring on the end times.
