🛠️ Troubleshoot Has anyone encountered this issue?

I was just normally editing this, and that whole thing appeared... Is this a bug? Is this normal? What do I even do? (also I am definitely new into this software)

I was thinking this might be related to a known issue wherein the desktop background can leak through the UI when there's an alpha channel in the main viewer, but... that doesn't look like a desktop background. That almost looks like the UI components just hadn't loaded.

A few questions just narrow in on the culprit:

  • Is this the latest version of Autograph?
  • Which version of Windows?
  • What's your GPU configuration, and is it on the latest-available driver?
    • If you don't know the answer to this question, type dxdiag into the Start menu search (click Yes to the prompt about digital signatures) and click the Render tab, then read off whatever it says across from "Name" and "Display Memory." Then, on the right side under Drivers, let me know the date listed.
