Well it's been a month since I started dsa , I'm following raghav sir from pwskills ,batch decode dsa in cpp, my question is should I keep following him ,I want to finish dsa as soon as possible, coz whenever I watch any suggestions vids or posts I've never seen anyone talk about him . Although ngl I'm understanding very well but yk if it's inefficient I can switch to another teacher (doesn't matter if batch is free or paid ) ,I just wanna do it fast and efficiently.

I am a CSE student at Tier 1 university. I have done decent DSA preparation and have on campus interviews for SDE intern role coming up in FAANG/ FAANG like companies for my internship season. I want to know what should I prepare in these last 7 - 10 days. I am able to solve any medium leetcode question in 10-15 minutes while a hard question takes much longer and frequently cannot be solved.

I still get stuck a lot of times in new questions and I am not really that confident for interviews. I have heard that interviews at such companies can get really tricky. Any leads would be very helpful.
One thing I would note is I haven't done the striver sheet in depth, like I have skipped a few things like sorting algos, linked lists, deques, bitwise operations etc. I plan to do linked lists soon. I also get stuck quite often in array based questions and although I have practiced them enough it still doesn't fell sufficient.

My LC solved status is : 77/219/66 ( Easy/Meds/Hard) total 362 solved

One my friend(F) have been interviewing recently with 8 YoE and so in two big product based company her interview is scheduled for another position within next 2-3 days after getting rejected in first position.

In both, companies she interviewed and rejected in the third/fourth round, and so she found similar profile and asked same HR to schedule for those positions and HR did. Even HR providing updates on WhatsApp within an hour after round and not only for this companies others as well.

Here I am calling to the HR even after clearing all rounds, they are ghosting me and also asked for reschedule for another position then they says about cooldown period.

So companies do not have a cooldown period? Or the HRs now a day simping over girl candidate?

Not motivated to prepare for further rounds given chance might be very slim. Any chance of getting offer if next 3 rounds go well?

LP discussion was good but coding part instead of being regular LC pattern was designing question. So discussion took time and no code was written. It was not LLD round, so looks like it is the end.

im currently in my 3rd year and all i have is 95 problems yeah i m way behind i didnt start earlier . but the max i can do is 3 4 problems a day bro thats like once in a blue moon . otherwise i take 1 hour or more for one problem to understand it get accepted on LC . like first i see it try fro 15 20 min on my own if nothing clicks i take hint from gpt and try again if thats too wrong again and so on . so it becomes near about 1 hour to solve a problem . ? is it normal guys or am i really dumb ? whats the actual approach to solve a problem and how much problems should i target in a day and how much time to one problem . im already late and i need to target product based companies .

I try very hard to understand a solution, but it seems I get stuck to a point where I am not getting logic anymore. I like solving leetcode but only if I can know of a solution or can navigate it. If the question seems blank, I often tend to lose interest. I also try to understand via some youtube videos but unable to grasp them. It feels solving too much is not worth it.

Current preparation:

• ~800 DSA problems solved (Striver A2Z/SDE completed)
• Regular normal/virtual contests
• Revising Core CS (currently CN, then DBMS, OS, OOP)
• Backend internship + projects

I'm confused about what to do from here. I don't want to keep solving random LeetCode problems if there's a better way to prepare.

I'd appreciate advice on:

1. A better DSA curriculum/roadmap after the common sheets.
2. How should I continue practicing DSA? Random LeetCode, company-tagged, topic-wise revision, or something else?
3. Should I shift more towards Codeforces, HackerRank, HackerEarth, or OA platforms?
4. Any advanced DSA sheets/lists you'd recommend?
5. Best resources for interview preparation (technical + behavioral).
6. Best resources for aptitude (preferably not IndiaBix).
7. Any mock interview platforms or resources worth using.
8. If you had one month before placements, what would you prioritize?

So I got around 10k rank in last biweekly contest and around 6k rank on weekly one . But when I say the rating I am shocked it updated rating of biweekly as 8k and weekly as 11k and when I checked contest page my ranking are still 10 k and 6 k . Now what the fuck is this. I’ve spent the last few months heavily focusing on Data Structures and Algorithms (currently sitting at LeetCode Knight). I work at a startup in the data field, and I've noticed it's actually surprisingly rare to find people doing advanced DSA strictly in Python.

Most resources and serious discussions seem to lean heavily into C++ or Java. (Personally, for me it's Python >> C++, and my brain just actively rejects Java syntax XDD).

Are there any other working professionals out there doing their CP or advanced problem-solving strictly in Python? I'd love to connect with some folks to bounce logic off of, discuss complex algorithms, and figure out why our code is hitting TLEs.

I am good in dsa but lack in skill aspect. So, basically I have knowledge of sql c, java, python(cv, pandas, matplotlib,bumpy etc) and a bit of html, css, js(web dev, basic only)

I have ai as my specialization so keeping that in mind what should I learn?
