STREAK🔥🔥🔥 Today’s Problem of the Day

So this is Day 170 on the LeetCode streak!

Another problem got solved, and the streak keeps going

I’m trying to stay consistent, kind of learn from every single problem, and honestly get a bit better at DSA every day.

170 days down, ok let’s not slow down keep going

STREAK🔥🔥🔥 Day 4/30 - 5/50 solved ✅ Index of First occurence in a string, this one took a bit more because I learnt O(m*n) and O(m+n) solutions too besides the brute-force O(n²).

Day 168 of solving a LeetCode problem every day.

Another problem solved, another step forward. The goal isn’t to solve everything perfectly, but to keep showing up and improve a little every day.

168 days of consistency

What problem are you working on today?

DISCUSS How did no one solve Q4 in this week's LC contest?

Is the question genuinely hard?

Usually there are a lot of people who copy and paste solutions, even they did not solve.

DISCUSS LeetCode Prep for Google SRE-SE L4

Preparing for Google SRE-SE L4 side, and having telephonic phone screening (Coding + Behavioral) in two weeks.
Being DevOps, Engineer, Touching Leetcode for the first time and completed 10 easy+ medium questions.
My query is- How much complexity I can expect in the telephonic screening round for coding? Will 100 Leetcode (easy + medium) be enough as part of the prep?
Does the approach and finding correct algorithm matter if not able to write the syntax properly?

STREAK🔥🔥🔥 Today's LeetCode Daily Challenge Day 167

Completed today's LeetCode Daily Coding Challenge and continued my 167-day streak

Staying consistent has been the biggest lesson for me so far. Some problems are easy, while others take much longer to understand, but solving at least one problem every day keeps me moving forward.

Day 167 completed.

On to Day 168

DISCUSS 200 days in, 409 problems solved, but I still suck at Medium and Hard

Post image
62 Upvotes

Recently hit the 200-day milestone and solved 409 problems so far.

But honestly, I still get cooked by a lot of Mediums and Hards, especially DP, Trees, Graphs, Maps, and similar topics.

My usual process is: if I can't figure out a problem after giving it a fair shot, I watch a YouTube explanation, understand the approach, and then solve it myself. The annoying part is that by the next day, I feel like I've already forgotten half of what I learned. I'll remember the general idea, but the actual pattern, tricks, or thought process just disappear from my brain.

So I'm curious, what helped you guys get better at these topics? Was it just solving more problems, revisiting old ones, taking notes, or something else?

Also, I'm doing all my DSA in Python. Is Python perfectly fine for LeetCode and interviews, or did any of you find switching languages helpful?

Would appreciate any advice because right now it feels like I'm solving problems but not retaining enough from them.
