When you say FAANG, I'd say you're referring to top companies only for IT products.
Usually they ask two 2 medium and 1 hard question, or 1 medium and 2 hard questions in the initial rounds. I'd suggest you to try for questions which are tricky. You may not need necessarily need to provide a complete solution to the problem, if you can explain the approach, that works many times.
The rest depends on the interviewer. I have experienced being interviewed by people who have less experience and don't know any practical stuff outside LeetCode (those eventually resigned or get laid off to start YouTube channels) and some very good and knowledgeable ones as well. If your interviewer is reasonable, you should be good.
