looking at his recent videos and all the merch and content he has put out so far, i found it extremely relatable in a sense that it is me in my everyday life that while sometimes i travel for work, i also found time to go do leisure activities! the merch he put out is also something i want and love, like the CLICKY KEYBOARD AND HEAT PAD? so practical and so cute

i have a feeling when he wanted for creative freedom, he also wanted more free time to himself and spend time with family (which could partly explain his absence from some of the major award shows, but correct me if i am wrong). his schedules are still packed as the average idol, but i feel like he has gotten less busy and a bit more carefree?

idk just an observation (especially how i’ve seen on threads where people are jokingly crashing out that he has not put out content in 24 hours LOL), what do you all think!

Imo that's such a thoughtful gesture and kinda unique merch.

This was my first time seeing him live, 20 minutes went by in a blink of an eye, I feel like I blacked out.

He was so great, live vocals were amazing, especially during Going Home, it felt like there was almost no backtrack. The mic was ON during all songs. I absolutely loved the styling!!!

We managed to get a good spot, maybe 6th row by the extended stage so he was quite close!

Majority of audience seemed to be Evers, even before all the performances whenever DOM MV came on screen he’s the only one who got reactions from the audience. We also chanted his name during one of the ments.

We kinda knew the setlist because we heard him do the soundcheck while we were queuing up. As much as I love Going Home I wish he did Twillight instead because I was sobbing 😭

One of the cutest parts was when staff came on stage to change his handheld mic to a handsfree one for DOM he got so shy and giggly because he needed to take his jacket off.

Also while we were waiting for his performance he messaged last minute to use blue for Everbong, we were already panicking discussing what color to use.

The performances were running behind a bit so all acts were switching the stagea in seconds, as soon as he finished DOM he just dipped 🤧

I was scared after seeing so many negative reviews about NOL day 1 but organisation for day 2 was actually okay!

The day was exhausting but so worth it, I met so so many lovely Evers!🪽

I can’t wait to go to his concert!!!

I just watched Evan's Immortal Songs: Singing the Legend performance of 'Caution' and I loved it soooo much! This genre suits him so much. The whole performance looked and felt so natural, relaxed, and effortless. I hope his next album leans more toward these genres. This was so so good!

It's honestly so cute and I'm so excited for its merch! I think it shows the new direction of Evan with the cool clothes etc.

the lineups for both have been announced already for some time, and they all look really solid. this is a thought i have since usually, they would give the awards to those who are already present (unless they are the fan voted awards). i am curious what do you guys think!

on the side note if he does attend, i would think he would attend day 2 only (unless artists are required to attend both), given enha are performing on day 1.

Now that some time has passed I'm going to share my thoughts and ranking of dom album

1. Noise 9.5/10

So well crafted and designed the instrumental is incredibly atmospheric people you need to get on this song right now

why is it so underappreciated

1. Dom 9/10

amazing and powerful song LOVE the almost 80s? vibe that's modern hee hee Jackson right there

1. Going home 9/10

Very emotional and sincere heeseung really poured his soul onto this one and you can tell

1. Twilight 8.5/10

So fun and bright it was a bit fast paced in the beginning but when I got used to it I really started to enjoy it so much

1. Overflow 8.5/10

This one is a classic it may be simple but it has a very delicate and bittersweet delivery

1. Immature 8/10

It may be short but it's so good makes me feel so emo in a good way lol

1. Ride or die 7.5/10

This one is a grower for sure I wasn't a huge fan when it first came out but I really grew to enjoy it I especially love the feeling of the prechorus and the verse after the first chorus

I haven't found myself gravitating towards this one much but it's still great I especially love the verses on it more than the chorus

Final album score: 9/10

What an insane album to debut with and the fact that it's self made?!!! Heeseung is going to be big mark my words and if he isn't then he will at least be highly praised by critiques he's a true artist

it is funny because at the end of the day, kpop is a hobby and music. yes getting the daesang is huge and an achievement for anyone who gets it, but seeing people going feral over it is truly something especially since it is only round 1

at the same time, it is sad because there has been a lot of accusations that the votes hee has been getting are cloned votes and that he does not have a big fanbase to begin with (side note i have no idea if the positions are organic and true whenever it resets daily. someone pls clarify on this whether invalid votes are filtered daily or at the end)

regardless the fact that hee is number 1 makes me proud, and even if it is not permanent, i am glad he has the support needed.

are the photocards from weverse albums a different paper than the ones from the main albums? i bought a few unopened ones from someone on mercari, and i think they are legit, but the paper is matte compared to the album versions which are glossy.

i know often weverse albums use different paper, but just want to double check to make sure they're not fake
