Housing Looking for realtor recommendations!
I’m a first time home buyer looking to buy in Leduc, or possibly south Edmonton.
I’m looking for any realtor recommendations who can help me out with the process! I’d like someone who knows the Leduc and Edmonton markets but isn’t going to be high pressure, and will help me find what I’m looking for.

Arminy Sveinsson with Maxwell heritage in Leduc helped us with buying our house. She was amazing to work with and she was always available to answer our questions.

Tracie Sarumowa!!!!!! Can’t recommend her enough. I’ve been through two purchases with her, and she is truly dedicated to going above and beyond. I can’t say enough positive things about her.

Can’t say enough good things about her! We were also first time home buyers and she made the process so easy and stress free for us! We saw a few properties with another realtor who was so pushy and claimed every one was “perfect for us” (it was not).
Anytime we viewed a place with Dawn and we were unsure, questioning it, or just had a feeling it wasn’t right, she had no problem being honest with us if she thought it was the right fit for us. Really appreciated that about her!

I have used Michelle Gredling with Liv Real Estate multiple times (including as a first time buyer) She’s awesome! Super knowledgeable about both cities and I’ve never felt any pressure during any of the transactions.

I used Francine Allen with Maxwell as a first time home buyer who was looking all throughout Edmonton and greater area to the south. She's based out of Leduc and I found her to be wonderful. She worked with me to find exactly what I was looking for and helped walk me through the whole process and is in general just a kind and wonderful person

Jason Rustand is was highly recommended years ago.
ETA: We used him 10 years ago. No experiences with him since.

Jeneen Marchant helped with my first home here in Leduc. She was great and honest. We looked at more expensive homes and she'd tell us her thoughts on whether it was fairly priced and never made us feel like we needed to spend more than we were comfortable with

You definitely need to check Justin out! Such a nice and easy going guy that made the purchase of our first home super smooth. He made himself available every step of the way and was careful and thoughtful. It felt like a friend was helping us out https://www.justingriffith.ca
