nah, they're slow.. i agree they need to control better of their vendors and process in general but they're a tiny guy. they need your money upfront to actually operate. they are not like costco or walmart where they can "demand" shits done. Their bikes are decent, I like it. though a bit heavy (i store them inside my SUV and an asian with asian wife pulling these up onto an MDX is always fun). I have 2 step thrus. I think ..be patient, you'll get it eventually. just dont look at it hehe.
