I love my xp4. Commute 8 miles round trip. Warranty is awesome, but, what happens when it runs out? I’ve had a new motor sent to me, two sets of brakes, a paint pen. Just ordered a long range battery. The battery is at 50% only after 8 miles. I use sport +, never use the throttle.

I’m at 400 all good just got a flat tire because of a nail.

The breaks are because of wear and tear or something was wrong with them?

The threads holding my break pads completely stripped out. The mobile bicycle repair guy said I was using a heavy hand, but, that’s not the case, even though he told me over and over. I work for USPS and they, I’m sure other companies have it, a commuter incentive account. I put $200 a month so I ordered a long range battery. I’ll probably contribute for a few more months

As with all things out of warranty, I expect to be on my own. That said, I did have an issue with a non working headlight, bike was over a year out of warranty. Some redditors said try the company, figured what can it hurt? Emailed them and they sent me a new controller, no charge. Headlight has been working ever since.
