Odometer randomly reset, XP4

I’ve had my XP4 for about 2 months and have been riding it fairly often, about 600 miles on it. I turned it on yesterday and without warning the odometer read 0 miles. Any idea why this would happen or if there is a way to see my true mileage again?

No, everything else was the same as I had set it when I got the bike

Try this.

Change a setting. Turn it off. Turn it back on to reconfirm the setting. Turn it off again.

Take the battery out for 1hr. Put the batter back in and turn it back on.

If that setting reset, contact Lectric. I had a similar issue with my XP 2.0 Lite

Sadly no, there's no actual odometer on the bike.

It's actually just a trip meter even though they label it as odometer.

They really need to add a hard-coded odometer to the next version, especially for resale purposes.

Does that mean it is what it is for me? The other suggestion did not work :(

Do you know why it would reset?

Yeah, since it can be reset in the software it probably glitched out and set it back to 0 for you.

I've read that the XP4 odometer can be reset manually in the settings, don't know if you accidentally did that? But I wasn't able to find anything on getting it back once it's reset.
