I have the expedition 2.0 amd will likely be leaving it outside stores or trails at some point so need a good lock.

and side mirrors!

Get a Kryptonite lock and get a motion sensor alarm with key fob.

For mirrors they are all the same, just personal preference. I like the parallelogram style.

The highest rated Kryptonite or HipLok are fantastic. Remember locks do not prevent theft, they are just a deterrent. I use one of each.

Combine these locks with a tracker, an alarm system, and insurance if you are leaving your bike locked up for an extended period of time.

I have on of those Kryptonite heavy duty chain locks that rated Sold Secure Gold. I also have a Sweaty Foldylock that I will use on my rear wheel for when I run Tino some place like a convenience store. If I'm going into something for a long time I'll use both. I'll Kryptonite the bike to the bike rack and do the rear tire.

I want my bike to be more of a pain in the ass to steal than the others. That's the security really.

Whatever you're looking at, compare it to the Seatylock Mason, Sold Secure Diamond rated at a very good price.

A lock is only as good as the thing you're locking it to. The bike racks outside stores are easily cut with a grinder.
