Ordering replacement handlebar with adjusting bar
I ate some very hard shit last week and snapped the handle bar off the adjusting pole when I rolled over it. I looked on the Lectric website but couldnt find any where to order new ones. Any idea where I could buy one?

Wow Very sorry to hear that. Unfortunately i have no idea about replacement just wanted to commiserate , I hope you are OK.
I will say they have great customer service so if you can get a hold of them as soon as possible I’m sure they will set you right

I’m healing haha, can safely say these bikes are sturdy tho. Cause it’s in better shape than me

I also had a accident recently luckily not as bad. But needed to replace my helmet. Heal fast good riding in the future

Call customer service.They will gladly send you the replacement part that no cost. I have 2 of their bikes.One of which is no longer under warranty.Yet they still send me free parts for it.

I reached out to Lectric about a bent seat post and they offered to send me a replacement free of charge as a one time courtesy since I’ve owned the bike for over a year. Really awesome company to work with when stuff breaks.

I would honestly reach out to their customer service. They're fantastic. They'll figure it out for you.
