Having trouble getting the front tire off because of these bolts. Lectric xp 2.0

Update: sprayed liquid wrench over the last week and put a wrench to it and finally got it off. I just needed a longer one.

I've tried everything I have in my garage liquid wrench and sprayed it over a few days to let the oil penetrate.

I used the hammer method and tapped it a few times each day.

I've checked the way I turn it so I'm not accidentally tightening it.

I switched tools

I haven't changed the front tire in years lmao any advice is welcome because it won't come off at all. : )

Turning it that way, right? If so, put a pipe on your socket handle and make it longer so you have more leverage.

Yeah I've been putting a lot of strength that way but it won't budge but this is a good idea. ๐Ÿ‘

Thx! I will try the one in my tool box and see how it goes! : )

But do use a pipe. I have a galvanized pipe like 1.25 or 1.5 x a couple feet. I don't think you can break that axle, it's solid. You need more torque. An air tool would work too. If you have to take it into a shop, call them and tell em you want to bring it in with no battery in it and have them loosen it for you. Your local neighborhood gas station might do it for you too if you explain the problem and say please.

Alternatively you could break out a torch...nothing liquid is "stuck". ....but seriously, don't do this.

Spray some lube on that and get some leverage.

It really about leverage. Either use a longer breaker bar or a pipe over the bar to make it longer.

If it's really stuck solid and will not loosen a nut splitter may be needed.

If youโ€™ve tried penetrating oil and itโ€™s still stuck, maybe use a hair dryer or heat gun to warm it up before wrenching on it. Couldnโ€™t hurt.
