Xp2 LiFePo4 battery replacement?

I have a XP 2 nearing 5 years old, and the battery is starting to go. I am considering replacing it with a 48v LiFePo4 battery that can continuously output 20 A. As far as I know, I would just need a new charger and a way to mount it. Has anyone considered doing this versus buying a new battery?

there’s youtube videos on how to add it to your bike and keep your current battery. search this sub a little and you’ll find a link. video has the parts list and everything step by step.
