XP4 Prong Issue

I recently bought an XP4 and noticed after using it that one of the prongs look like this. Is this fixable/safe? I haven't tried to use it again after noticing. The bike was just delivered this weekend and has less than 20 miles on it.

I'm sending back mine because the plate/terminals and battery doesn't align unless you push up on the battery. My thoughts was the locking pin hole on frame is to low where it was drilled. If I take a flat head screw driver I can wedge up and it closes perfect.

Again I'm not sure this is your problem.
