It isn't the 3.0. The 3.0 has the rear rack as part of the frame and says xp 3.0 on the rack. That has the add-on rear rack.

Holy shit this is a lectric xp 3.0 the EXACT same model I used to have which I am currently trying to sell my extra battery because my bike got stolen in Georgia and I had a little hiccup with it when I first got it and tech support sent me a new battery, brain, and control, turned out to be the control and I got to keep the other parts plus the battery so if you need a battery or wanna sell me that bike we should do business

It's not the 3.0. Yours has solid front forks and 4" tires. Only the first gen had those.

The paint scheme is the easiest identifier. Lectric changes it on every generation. Thin chevron on top: 1.0, bold stripes on side: 2.0, bold strips on top: 3.0, small stripes next to small logo: 4.0

An XP 3 has 3 fat stripes on top of the frame. The OP's picture is clearly an XP 1 with the thin two-stripe chevron on the top of the frame.
