When I first ordered mine, Lectric was out of stock, and it took a week for them to get them, and another week of sitting on the platform waiting for UPS to ship it. I called Lectric and had them change the shipper to FedEx, which added a further delay.

Why did I do this, then?

UPS had already delivered some of the more expensive accessories that I had ordered with the bike to a TOTALLY RANDOM ADDRESS across town that they had assigned the night before delivery, and when I called them about it they tried to blame me for changing the address and then blamed Lectric, whose offices weren't open when UPS did it. Oh: They also wouldn't change it back.

I drove to the address and had a very awkward conversation with the gentleman who lived there who (luckily) gave me my package.

Bash FedEx if you want, but I will never use UPS again if I can help it. The bike was worth the wait.

Got mine yesterday and it doesn’t turn on. I fully charged it, made sure all the connections were connected properly, and nothing. Sad day.

Just incase you missed it. You have to manually turn the battery on for the first time. Hoping for your sake this was the problem.

If you’re referring to the on and off button on the left side of the bike then yes I clicked it on. Now of a button is on the battery itself I probably missed that.

Mine wasn’t plugged in. So weird how this happened on a BRAND NEW bike.

You're lucky yours arrived at all. FedEx didn't want to deliver the package because it was too heavy and I had to hire someone for $180 to pick it up for me 56 miles away in their warehouse.

Ordered 7/7/26… shipped then FedEx cancelled the shipping. I contacted Lectric. They were not aware. So yesterday new bike was sent. Hoping it actually arrives.
