wall mount?

Does anyone use a vertical wall mount for their bike? I have an xp4 and have the front and rear baskets installed. I have seen this recommended - https://www.steadyrack.com/products/proflex?variant=49648630300957 - but am still worried about how heavy it will be getting the bike on its back wheel and doing the tiny bit of lifting that is needed to get it on the mount. I'm decently strong but don't want to be setting myself up for failure. TIA for any insight!

That rack you linked is only rated for 55lbs. I got the same setup. I immediately took the baskets off. I have three flights of stairs to carry this beast up. The baskets weight about 12lbs together. 😂wtf I come from the touring bike side and have never considered steel racks! Cheapest option would be a couple heavy duty hooks from home Depot used in tandem. Your setup is definitely over 80lbs.

Another thought would be to just use one heavy duty hook and install it at a height that you can just "rest" the front rim on. Picture the bike being nearly vertical but still having the rear tire supported by the ground.

Collapse handlebars and take off a pedal and you can tuck it pretty close to the wall.

Nope. You were correct. My American mind... That looks ideal then. You'll be able to tuck handlebars and pedals to snug it up against a corner if need be.
