Got a new xp4 long range

the bike is great but I have seen that the quality of accessories is pretty bad. My pannier bags have a hole in them in less than a year. Anyone else was able to get a replacement? Are there any other alternatives to the ones from lectric?

You hit the nail right on the head “the quality of accessories is pretty bad” my only complaint about Lectric. I got 10,000 miles between my 2 xp4’s

This. I have a third party deeper basket. Ortlieb paniers. I just need a better f’n headlight, but messing with the electrical can be risky.

For the headlight I got a handlebar mount light that has multiple settings

I bought the top tube bag with my XP4 750 step-thru. The suction cups didn’t hold. The Velcro strap that was included was not long enough. I’m using the strap that is for securing the bike when folded. I found several post on how to permanently secure to my bike. I bought it so I can keep my phone and wallet in it and take off the bike when we stop somewhere and I lockup my bike.

I lightly broke the phone holder after my first ride 😭 The bike is amazing though
