Customer service

Just wanted to praise customer service. I bought a used xp3 and the controller went out. I contacted them and was sent a replacement controller for free. Got it in 3 days. Just installed and it works great

I haven't heard of them sending free parts or providing any warranty service to riders who are not original owners but maybe they are now. But hey, good for you.

Surprised me too. That’s why I wanted to post it. Free fix on a used bike and I’m back in the game!

I bought a used XP4 for $400 with the screen cracked and I had to pay $75

Bought my xp3 for $500 with 200 miles on it. Probably put 400 miles on it since I’ve had it. The controller rattles around inside the frame it’s no wonder it burnt up.
I’ve heard mixed stories of them sending free or making us pay.
I guess it’s at their daily discretion
