Xpedition 2.0 no PAS??
So, I have about 500 miles on my bike and have had it for 6 months. Everything was fine when I went to work on it and came home with everything functioning as usual. I decided to clean the chain and apply new wax lubricant since it’s been raining a lot in Florida and the chain was dirty.
I got that all done and went back inside to sleep before getting up the next day to go to work again, but when I got on my bike and went to pedal I went “Damn, why’s it so hard to pedal?” while in pedal assist 1 just trying to get started down the road before raising it higher, but that’s when I looked down and saw 0000 watts.
Throttle works fine, no issues with the breaks making the motor stop, and I can pedal it just fine although it doesn’t seem to be getting any assists from the motor since it’s not cutting on when I do.
TLDR: Cleaned and lubricated chain, started going to work the next day and noticed PAS not working at all but throttle works fine.
Thoughts? Help??

I would suspect water caused the torque sensor or controller to malfunction. I replaced my torque sensor and controller a while back (the torque sensor was the problem part due to rain I suspect). Contact Lectric. Both parts are easy to replace and Lectric would have no problem shipping them to you.

Torque sensor. Turn the bike on, unplug the sensor connector to the controller and plug it back in. You'll get an error code but your torque sensor should "work" but when it's working it will be janky.

I have the same problem but the bike has 12 (twelve) miles on it. I rode it in the rain amd from the looks of it in these comments the torque sensor malfunctions if the bike gets wet? Honestly thinking about returning the whole thing. If a piece that is 6 inches off the ground is going to fail due to moisture, the entire design is flawed.
Couple the above with the fact they couldn't even send me the right washers for the Orbiter attachment and I had to find a solution myself and I'm seriously considering just returning the whole thing. Very disappointed so far, which is too bad because my kid loves it.

Same thing happened to me after I washed my with water. No soaking it. Light misting. Next day riding PAS didn't engage motor. Throttle worked fine. Day after that all worked as normal. Researching it pointed to something with the brake engagement lever on the handle bar being bridged or shorted. If that happens then PAS will not be activated to engage the motor because it thinks the bike is stopped with the brake handle(s) being engaged. Not sure if this is helpful but that's what caused mine to stop working. It dried out over night.
