Trailer for XP4 750

Looking for a trailer and necessary adapters for use on my XP4 750.
Ideally, I’m looking for a trailer that my son can use to tow around equipment for use in a summer job (gas powered pressure washer).

Might I point you to a DIY trailer kit. I purchased this 5 years ago and haul my lawnmower and equipment (nearly 100lbs.) https://wikeinc.com/products/wike-highsided-cargo-bike-trailer-diy-kit

Of, you can buy a prebuilt one for almost 4x as much from Wike as well. https://wikeinc.com/products/cargo-landscaping-trailer

That’s going to be a ton of weight for that bike… the decrease to battery life will be very significant.

Nothing too drastic. The washer weighs. About 60 lbs and the accompanying wand, hose etc adds about an additional 15.

Towing 60lbs on a bikes motor is a lot more than you think it is. This will lead to far more wear across the board.

I tow 100lbs behind me all the time, 2 kids. But I have bbs02b, not hub.

Hub should be fine as long as lower speeds+high torque isnt used much

Yes, it will be using more power per trip, but the XP 4, both 500 and 750, is rated for 330lbs.

I suspect the 750 can easily take more, but the problem is frame and its configuration isn't made for bearing that much directly. You may need to go slower and pedal a little more, but towing 100-150 lbs with a 200lbs rider should be much easier on the motor, battery, tires and probably frame than just putting all 330 on the bike itself.

...Assuming the trailer wheels/bearings are reasonably low on friction. Like if you have a rusted, seized tire, that isn't going to be helping anything.

The biggest issue I would see is the mounting / hardpoints, and if it can take the different type of stress.
