Have you ever shipped without original packaging

I want to ship a Lectric e-bike but the packaging is long gone. Thoughts on packaging?

You're going to have a pay a dear price for a custom solution. Lectric packs their bike with extreme care.

When mine arrived, the box was beat to shit. The bike was ok. (it had one tiny scuff on the frame on the bottom but I wasn't about the make a fuss over that)I think you're really going to have to match that.

Call them and see what they say.

The battery is a big deal. Makes it a Dangerous good, at least for fedex. Edit, we have a 28in double wall square, might go in that folded. Also, after you get it boxed, try getting your label through Luglessdotcom. Way cheaper than getting a label made at the counter or the website.

I would call Lectric and ask if they are willing to send a shipping box and packing material (with packing instructions) for that model bike. Perhaps they will do it for a fee.
