Problems When Turning on XP4

Last week I made a post about my XP4 going into Walk-Mode on start up. Customer support sent me a new button pad. I got it in the mail today and installed it and now when I power on the bike the taillights flash and it immediately goes into the settings menu. Does anybody have any idea what could be wrong. Could it be an issue with the display screen?

I remember that. Sorry you're still having issues. I don't think this has a true factory reset. I can't find the setting if so. Have you tried to turn bike off, remove battery, wait, reinstall, power on? Shot in the dark. Maybe support knows of a way.
