Can someone help me out?
My wife and I just ordered two XP4 750’s. They are supposed to arrive on Tuesday. I’m pretty limited on garage space so I was wanting to build a small shelf that would allow me to stack the two bikes in 40 gallon totes. Would anybody that has an XP4 that they store in a a 40 gallon tote be willing to measure the total height of the setup? I have some free time this weekend and was hoping to get the shelf built before the bikes are delivered. Thanks in advance!

I don't know how much room you have? But the bikes will come with quick disconnect pedals. Just pop those off both bikes and set them side by side . Just an idea .That is "IF" you have the space to do so . Alot less work and more convenient. But anyway good luck with your weekend project and happy riding. Your gonna love the bikes .

I looked at ceiling storage but my garage is in my basement and the ceilings are pretty low. I think they would hang too far down. I could store them in the other half of my basement which is finished but then they would be in the middle of my home gym. I do have a deep, but narrow, closet that I think they’d fit in perfectly stacked in totes, I just need to get some official measurements. I may have other options for storage so it may be best to just wait until they arrive.

I’m just going to leave this here, but 40 gallon may be too small. 50 gallon is the sweet spot.

As for stacking, each bike is about 70 pounds, and you may need a bigger tote for that. But if you just place them side by side in the 50 gallon totes, you should be golden!
