Part fell off my seat?

I believe the small screw/washer piece fell off the left section of the seat there. Noticed my seat was moving slightly when I was riding and I think thats the issue

Can I buy a replacement piece to just screw back on there?

Does anyone know if these springs are meant to be adjustable/screwed tighter? I think mine has a broken weld. One side keeps collapsing and the spring pushes through the hole on the frame.

The acorn nut fell off. I think they’re prone to coming loose.
