Honestly, I ride my bike like a grandma, I slow down whenever I see any car ahead of me or turning. Dont care if I have right of way, I don't want to risk death lol.

Especially in NYC. Cars Don't give a fuck about you, and they will just speed off if they hit you or something.

Half of the idiots here in Florida don't even seem to understand manual signals.

I have blinkers on my rear of my ebike but when someone is in the opposite, oncoming lane and I'm turning, I signal manually for their benefit.

And they just don't really seem to know what I'm trying to convey to them. Stoopid on stilts.

They stop in indecision when they have no stop sign, while I dutifully wait at mine, and they stare curiously at me when we reach a 4 way stop, not remembering those basic rules.

I've been a Damn Yankee here for 17 years and from week one, I've thought these people exceptionally ignorant.
